I consider myself one of the lead ICT experts in the UK on Health and Justice solutions including the design, configuration and implementation of electronic medical record (EMR) systems. 

Proven delivery across the five years I  have been working in H&J, possessing high levels of business acuity which has enabled me to adapt my skills to deliver a range of services to customers and more importantly to the healthcare staff in the H&J estate.

Senior Data Analyst for JWPM Jason is working on delivering bespoke data solutions. He is namely heading up our Data Champion Project, while assisting with the streamlining of client KPI’s and dashboard reporting through Power BI, SQL/SAS and cloud-based data mining.

An Analyst with 8 years of experience in delivering innovative solutions for his client base. Jason brings experience from across a multitude of industries in delivering cost saving initiatives and working across large data sets to assist with decision making and process efficiency.

Russell brings 23 years IT experience of both the Private & Public sector. During his time with the NHS, he deployed SystmOne to multiple trusts across England. This included Community, Community Hospital, GP, and Mental Health.

Russell was responsible for the deployment of ExceliCare to 21 Police Custody Suites as well as being the SystmOne configuration Lead for a refresh project with a major Cat B Prison in the East of England.

As a PRINCE2 certified project manager Sean brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Health & Justice project delivery to JWPM. He has delivered projects across the country, and participated in national rollouts in environments such as; custodies, courts, prisons and SARCs.

He is a dedicated project manager who has worked on electronic medical record (EMR) deployments, installing NHS network connectivity, delivering hardware refreshes, as well as software testing and upgrades.
