Vis has been the Clinical Lead for numerous Constabularies across the UK and has been one of the first Clinical Leads of the first Integrated Healthcare in Custody and Wider Liaison and Diversion Service in the country.
A Practitioner-level Programme Manager (MSP) and Project Manager (PRINCE2 / Agile), Chris has delivered ICT healthcare projects in the Health & Justice sector for over 17 police forces, 6 NHSE regions and 3 private healthcare providers, including the first Integrated Custody Healthcare and Wider Liaison & Diversion Service in the country. Previously, Chris worked for the Foreign & Commonwealth Office mainly as a political and communications officer including diplomatic postings to India, Sweden and Jamaica. He also worked as a Police Officer and an Immigration Enforcement Officer.

Most predominately his career is formed from a solid 14 year background working within the NHS.

Sean is an experienced and dedicated Project Support Officer with a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification. Over the last 3 Years Sean has worked in the Health & Justice domain proving a valuable resource on the nationwide roll-out and successful delivery of Electronic Medical Record Systems (EMRS) for customers such as Greater Manchester Police and West Mercia Police, in settings ranging from Police custodies and prisons, to courts and Sexual Assault Referral Centres.

A highly skilled and results driven SC Cleared PRINCE2 & P3O certified Project Manager with over 8 years project management experience working on multiple private and public sector, large scale projects. Funmi started her career 18 years ago as a microbiologist with GlaxoSmithKline before establishing herself within the project management environment.
Bringing on board a wealth of experience in project planning, analysis and reporting, coordination resource management, RAID management, change and stakeholder management, Funmi confidently interfaces with all levels of technical and non-technical team members with a proven ability to engage and ensure projects are delivered within pre-agreed timelines.
Funmi is currently working with the Mayor’s office for policing and crime, implementing a Case Management System and IT infrastructure for the flagship Child House project which will involve impute from the Metropolitan Police Force, Social Care groups and the Crown Persecution Service. Also working with Warwickshire, West Mercia, Staffordshire and Cheshire Police, Funmi is coordinating the migration from N3 to the new NHS network (HSCN).

Ed had started working in Healthcare as a Medical Summariser for a large GP Surgery in the South West of England. Following this he worked for several years within the administration teams within various Prisons in the South West of England working my way up to Healthcare Admin & IT Manager.
Ed has designed medical record system solutions for various care settings within the Health & Justice Sector including Prisons, Immigration Removal Centres, Secure Children’s Homes, Police Custody, Courts and Community Rehabilitation Companies.
A SystmOne National Lead for the Health & Justice Information Service where he designed the National Data Entry Templates for the Prison Estate in 2017.
From this system experience, Ed has excellent knowledge of clinical systems including configuration, clinical coding, data entry template design & implementation and systems reporting.
